I taught Lexi ,, Kylie and even Sadie how to say the prayer in German. This is the prayer my dad taught me when I was about 7 yrs old.

Ty and Tiff got 4 free tickets to this play last night and invited us to go with them. It was the most unique play I've ever seen. There were 4 actors playing the part of multiple characters - AMAZING! They used minimal props and costumes. Very talented actors and an enjoyable night. It looked like the actors were having a blast as they quickly changed their costumes and sometimes had a different costume on each half of their body! I don't know if I would have paid money to go see it (especially the expensive seats we had on Row 1 - yes, ROW 1), but hey - how can you go wrong with free tickets? Thanks Ty & Tiff - and Thank you to The Allens, who provided the tickets!

This is a timeshare we bought in Kauai. The area is beautiful, and we hope to get back there each year. Or, trade it for another beach front spot in California.

Yellowstone Vacation Summer '09

At the top of the world in Yellowstone are several lakes. Very cold, and very beautiful. The area is vast and wide.

Karen loves the ocean. We have to go to visit the Pacific every few months to drink in the vastness and salt water. And get a clam chowder bread bowl.

OK, so, no one (you know who...) got sick on the helicoptor ride up, down, and around Kauai during a trip that we took with Shannon and BJ.

Here is what we do with grapefruit from the Mesa Temple grounds. Can't eat them all, so we make juice...and also freeze some.

Micheal & Mallory gave us these great shirts for Christmas.

We honestly don't usually plan to dress alike, but

Bryan got up early to help somebody move this morning and

in the meantime, I got up, showered, got dressed and when

he came home we realized we had both worn our matchy shirts.

Auni's Baptism

Last night we were able to go to Maricopa and attend

Auni Howlett's baptism. Jon looked very handsome in his suit

and Auni was excited and nervous about her baptism.

Her Grandpa Day baptized her and Grandpa Ron confirmed her.

Cousin Ken Scott was able to go with Bryan and I and we enjoyed his company.

There were a lot of people from the Ward there to support Auni.

Congraulations to Auni - we're proud of her!
